again - that makes no sense. you are the one who is very optimistic about the future and believe it is undervalued. since sellers are not being aggressive, you should increase your offer to coax sellers out of their positions and accumulate before competitive buyers do the same and leave you chasing the BID. that is the way it works.

i would need full, SEC disclosure before i would even consider buying let alone being an aggressive buyer. history of mgmt/insiders is one rife with failure and lack of transparency. not the foundation for a confident investment. that being said, they have at least started the process for filing. while i certainly believe it DOES NOT take 2 years to become fully reporting (let alone 4), i will see what results/additional information they post for 2Q14.

again, the cynical side can easily argue they are throwing out table scraps (with respect to minimum reporting) to entice newbies into the stock so that insiders can systematically unload and profit.
