Sharing my thoughts here from a PM conversation I've been having with another shareholder...cheers.

They definitely have the product, experience, and leadership in place to pull it off again..the way I see it is the price is falling so everyone here wants blood, and to place blame on someone. The only reason the stock is falling is because the private placement investors are selling off for barely a profit now, and there's not enough market interest yet to absorb the shares....If the price was going up, you wouldn't see complaints. Now I don't know why they are selling, maybe they are panicking like the ihub board is, or they simply just want to take any profit then can get, as quickly as they can get it..or maybe they are handing shares off to their acquaintances or moving them into different brokerage accounts...

I feel management should be doing more to keep shareholders happy, but it's nothing new..they acted the same way for Skinny Cow (SIHB/Sillouette Brands). In the end, they got it done, and shareholders banked huge.

Have to keep in perspective this is a VERY short term period in the big picture, it may take years for the company to mature like Skinny Cow did. The ones complaining the most here are the ones that planned on flipping out for easy profits on product distribution news..now they are trapped, in the red, and have to wait longer or take a loss. The people planning to stay here longer term, aren't as upset, and are adding cheaper shares.

The good news is, they have all the funding they need to execute their plan now, so in a few months all those private placement shares will be in the market and price will stabilize a bit..until then could be very choppy, especially until there's further interest from more investors. I still expect we see a very significant move once this product is on shelves. Once we have a million dollars flow through this stock in a single day, those remaining private placement shares being sold will have no impact to the stock price as they will only make up a small percentage of the overall trades.
