I understand your point of view, and I've gathered enough data to quench my own curiosity.

As far as the tendency of "others" to lie, here it was only one masking as many.

I agree with points 2 and especially 3. Share tally? Sure, maybe the veterans think that's just for kids, and you are not alone with your point of view. But either way you slice it, whether you disclose your position or not, I'm much more glad that your here.

I'm really anxious on sales rev. I'm estimating that by the second or third filing we'll be about $250k- $300k per month. If we get that number then I think we'll be looking pretty good over all. After that, I'm looking forward to their promotion plans, and I don't mean promotion to investors, but rather promotion and expansion for their product line. Anyone can promote a stock, give me a good PR man and I'll sell refrigerators to Eskimos. But grow a company? now that takes some real talent and hard work.
