Think about it conversely:
If the BUYER is convinced of the potential of Technosphere and/or Afrezza, and is confident he can market the hell out of this, $40 is cheap when thinking about it from a long term perspective.

Much depends on the buyer's state of mind and how he is approaching this opportunity.
