If the goal was to warn investors it should have been quite obvious from the get go that the arrogant holier and smarter than thou character was not going to work.

I wanted the dirt I just didn't want to dig through a 6 foot pile of manure to find it.

Oh and F*&% that shit about investors not doing their homework. This was a stock purchase not a friggen merger. I personally don't have the time nor resources to fly to Florida and Costa Rica to verify every fact before a purchase. telaschemeos released a slew of prs the likes of which I have never seen before nor since. THat was one ballsy scam. Funny thing was NO ONE that should have stepped in to alert investors to the scam did. Why didn't anyone at VON say anything? Why didn't Level 3 say anything? How about someone/ anyone in the voip/telecom industry?
