The good news is that we can expect to see an update this quarter with the merger. What would make this really good news would be if SYY embraces IVFH as one of their suppliers. This would be a homerun for us share holders. Maybe we get some more good news from the company on the next Q, it's due in 30 days. Holding strong and long. GLTA!

The transaction, which is expected to close in the third quarter of calendar year 2014, is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals, including antitrust approval.
