AMBS getting ready to explode. Don't allow shorts to borrow your shares, or your BD to lend them. If you have margin account, they can be lent. I talked with both AMTD and Fid. and was told the same things, if you have a margin account shares can be lent. If you don't have a margin account, they cannot lend your shares. I cancelled my margin account in my reg. acct with AMTD and emailed instructions to not lend my shares for any reason. You should do the same. Make the shorts buy @ mkt!
