The attraction of going green will attract certain types of companies/tenants.

Anything that the government can do to subsidize the current difference to bridge the gap and encourage the adoption of NENE's green technology will speed the process.

Without that intervention I am afraid NENE has an unknown gap to fill which is the answer, as to when to go "all-in" on NENE.
