GZFX wont have an RS for a while simply because it makes no sense to do such a thing until JF wants to see his company on a big board. GZFX just announced a nation wide rollout, let them rollout, let them become a profitable company and bring in strong revenues, then we'll talk about a RS and a move to a big board.

For now we need to focus on AAFES and website and possible dilution from JF (if he does sell he's not going to dump at the A/S people, it would be just enough for JF to expand GZFX); and be happy that GGI is probably converted as of monday or teusday.
