Well said ss9173

IMHO, the Big Kahuna's (Institutional Investors) will come aboard in droves when primarily 2 things happen, e.g. NEOM shows break even or cash flow positive results consistently going forward and subsequent to this, Cornell's relationship is finally concluded; meaning no further dilution.

I'm in hopes that the new acquisitions are generating sufficient enough revenue to provide the fiscal solvency by which this will happen, coupled with NMPR's explosive growth potential and PC's launch/acceptance into the main stream market place. I believe the fantastic work you've performed on revenue projections of the acquisitions were estimated at between $43.7Mil. to $56.5Mil. as follows:

Also, these figures do not take into consideration licensing agreements, NMPR revenue, and other revenue considerations. Nor does it consider a possible content provider/aggregator stakeholder in NEOM. The later could be peformed in a number of ways. With these events lining up properly, it's concievable a share buy-back could be effectuated, thereby reducing the float while simultaneously increasing share demand.

In essence, we have some brilliant BOD members working hard to ensure what they believe to be the best possible financial structure and arrangements at present, to carry us forward. We've conveyed our concerns, so lets support them in their endeavors.

All the Best, JP
