Sure a million here or there to be split amongst how many people on the bid/ask? No one is loading up unless they raise the ask to .005 at a minimum and, even then, I don't anticipate there being huge action. No real volume until .006+ without the ticker symbol change.
With ticket symbol change, no action until .008+
