334 Million shares? isn't that ALOT!

I've asked a few people on Twitter about the 334 Million shares o/s and how this could effect some of the more optimistic Share price estimates being reached, but nobody wants to answer.

I have traded this a few times successfully but want to hold my current position for the long term so anyone that can explain how the 334MM shares is not an issue or qualify the dates when restricted shares could become an issue on the open market I would appreciate it...

I hold a large position in another e/mcig stock called "Gilla" and they have 65MM shares o/s and the company is concerned that even that is too many, even though many of the shares are restricted right now or held by mgt with no plans to sell in the immediate future...

I want to believe…help me
