Great assessment Mike! You nailed it!! You completely described what most of us here already knew:

BBDA is about "Racing" and KU is the marketing ploy behind it! Look at all their latest videos...it's about "Racing" first and the KU is given away for free or used to market the Races!!

Life Is Good...When it should've been told to investors FIRST what the "Real" business was!
