I feel that as soon as the audit is out, and as soon as the company gets a REAL Investor Relations firm instead of some of the amateurs it has been hiring, we will all see this is just an ordinary company that just happens to be the victim of lunatic fringe bashers.

I fail to see how a company that makes this many PR mistakes could possibly be a scam. Most of the scams I have seen have looked perfect!
