ORDERED ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the Debtor’s Plan of Reorganization, as attached hereto as Exhibit “A”, is confirmed. It is further ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED the Debtor is hereby required to file quarterly operating reports with the United States Trustee until such time as the case in closed. The Debtor is further required to pay the United States Trustee quarterly fees until such time as the clerk of the court closes the case.
