Probably so....kinda smells like it. My goal was to help another poster that claims to not understand how toxic debt and toxic debt repayment work.

This ones here is a bit different as ALL of the company's ASSETS are being used for collateral in the event of a default......which.....btw.....they appear to be in default on one or more notes already.

My opinions are just that......my opinions. Good luck to all investors/traders.
