Marani currently holds licenses in California, Florida, Arizona, Oregon and Washington.

Most of that is untrue and simple misinformation. Marani Brands is currently operating under a California business license that's was suspended/forfeited. Most likely has been for quite some time and probably based n the tax issue. A simple check the CA Secretary of State records will confirm this.
