Can someone enlighten me?

Does Sparx hold 3 billion shares of KNSC, because I don't see that in any of the filings?

I've also noticed that from March 18, 2014 to June 11, 2014, the O/S went from 5,217,475,719 to 5,432,475,719; an increase of 215,000,000 shares.

With the latest PR, the new O/S will be 7,432,745,719 "temporarily"?

So are they "temporarily" diluting?

Something doesn't add up...Glynn has 2.2 billion, and Sparx has 3 billion, that's already 5.2 bil of the 5,432,745,719...something is not adding up.
