PENDING JOINT OFFSHORE OIL AND GAS ACREAGE APPLICATION

To date, Star Africa has partnered with ERHC Energy, a publicly listed company located in Houston, Texas, and together with ERHC, have submitted a pending joint application to the Ministry of Energy and Ghana's National Petroleum Corporation. The two key prospects in the area hold recoverables in excess of 500 Million Barrels of Oil (MMB). The geological chance factor is between 30% - 40%. The acreage chosen is in a highly prospective basin and our application details a 5% carried interest for Star Africa. Please note, we have amended our application with Ghana's Ministry of Energy and Petroleum as of February 12th, 2014. We should receive a decision regarding our open application sometime in 2014.
