How about we take another peek at our team to help us remember why we are confident with this company. Investors are always talking about how important management is with their companies.. What do you think, do we hold up, or Stand out?

You know my opinion, this is the best team being followed here..

Power Brands

- Darin Ezra; Joint CEO

We have gone in great lengths about Darin, as he was on the conference call, and I won't go into much more, but here are a few key points:
- Articulate
- International Experience and connections
- Helped Launch Neuro which is now Distributed by Pepsi
- Has had other successful products picked up by 'Major Manufacturers of Coca-Cola'
- Owner/Founder of ViaminFizz

- Martin Molina; Joint CEO

This is a guy that we haven't talked too much about before, and one that I find to be another key piece to this puzzle. Martin manages all strategic marketing efforts for Power Brands.
- 14 years experience
- Brand Manager at Nestle USA
- 4 years of marketing experience with Pepsi

* As you can see, the rumors of a deal with Nestle and L5's coffee creamer isn't too far fetched based on Molina having worked himself through the ranks of that company as a Brand Manager, and according to the latest PR, Power Brand is the strategic partner with L5 and Minerco.

- Gary Smith; Chairman and CEO of Big Red

Smith's resume speaks volumes if you ask me, and he might just be the best player on our team...
- COO at Red Bull North America from 2000 - 2007
- Vice President/General Manager at Pepsi Bottling Group
- Region President at Pepsico
-Currently has almost doubled the revenues of Big Red to $200 million
- Owner/Founder of VitmainFizz

*** Something very important I see here; Smith was COO of Red Bull form 2000-2007. This was the beginnings and early stages of Red Bull, and I would be willing to bet that he knows how to get a beverage company off the ground. He has already done this and helped launch 'one of the most important beverages in the past 20 years..'

- Dan Ginsberg; CEO Dermalogica

- CEO Red Bull North America 2001 - 2007
- CMO Hardees Food Systems
- dGWB Advertising Agency
- Owner/Founder of ViaminFizz

Dan Ginsberg was the CEO of Red Bull North America at the same time Gary Smith was there, the old team looking to take another great product to the main stage.

-Peter Strahm; CEO PGS Management and Consulting

I can't find all that much information on this guy. Apparently he is a business planning, marketing, branding specialist who works in New York City.

After another examination, I have to say that this team is truly impressive. I know we are in a waiting game, and it is hard to see the pps go down, but the timing of this is crucial. I see in my local grocery store that there is a demand for SparkIce, and just because Red Bull came first, it didn't stop Monster from gaining ground too.

Keep in Mind that Minerco isn't a one trick pony either. We are going to go head to head with SparkIce via VitaminFizz, we will also be stealing market space from 5hour energy with CoffeeBoost, and not to mention the whole L5 umbrellla of Armor, Rise, etc... Piggy Backing multiple products, saving money on distribution, and maximizing revenues with a portfolio of brands... MINE!
