3 books and around 50 hours of videos as of today. Now the issue is that almost all are based on whole cows milk, there is just not much out there on making hard cheese from raw goats milk so it seams that I'm on my own, a pioneer if you will. I will figure it out but I have my fingers crossed that what I figure out is that it cant be done or cant make great cheddar out of it.
In 2000 I was the 16 ranked brakeless motorcycle ice racer in the world, I know over 300 ways not to make it around a corner without letting off the throttle, I didn't get there by quitting after the first big get off! or the 30th for that matter Lol... and I will not stop trying to perfect this until I am convinced that it is a waist of time and then I will go to cows milk.
