As someone who buys and plans media for a living and has worked on many product launches I can say with near 100% certainty that if there are going to be TV ads, those won't be until 2015. AFAIK all they have is a PR shop right now. Even if on Monday they announced they hired an ad agency to develop creative, a media agency to plan and buy, and an endorsement deal, it would still be EXTREMELY unlikely that anything would be ready for this year. Even very basic creative takes 4-6 months to pull together from concepting, to production, editing, final approvals. And you're not going to purchase media until you're pretty far along in the process to know you'll make the deadlines for shipping the spot out to all the networks with instructions which is 2 weeks before the spot is supposed to air. Radio would be a waste of money IMO as well. Doing TV right is very expensive and I just don't think they have the money, right now at least.

All that could potentially happen advertising-wise would be some newspaper & magazine ads. Even out-of-home (billboards/taxi tops/bus shelters etc) sell out way ahead of time and you need to get creative to them usually 4-8 weeks before. The only thing they've said is that they are looking to secure, I think was TV & radio PR.

It's a little odd that they're saying the talent wants shares in lieu of cash? Everyone loves cash, to say that they would prefer shares in a penny stock is a bit suspect IMO. Also, why haven't they touched their LOC for cash? The dilution of shares should've been the last resort.
