If it was 25% of a days volume the numbers Fabio gave are pure fluff. At 25% of let's make it easy and say 8000 shares a day,(we know volume has be less that 8K on many days) that would be 2000 shares a day. By Fabio's statement they supposedly started on June 20, if buying 2000 a day(that's generous, we know volume hasn't allowed that number many days since the RS)and with only 5 trading days between June 20 and the 27th, well do the math. Fabio's claim of having bought 16,000 is clear nonsense and just isn't possible, the percentage would have to be 50% of the daily volume to even be close to 16,000 and that doesn't sound right.

Apologies for leaving some assumptions in my post. Allow me to clarify.

First, I didn't include June 27th in my daily share structure numbers, because the PR was released 06/27/2014 @ 9:29AM.

Second, I know that there was non trading days included in my date range, as there are non trading days in the 3 month average I included as well. The assumption was there that anyone reading it would understand that there were non trading days included in that range of dates.

Third, Yes, I did include a few trading sessions that weren't included in the PR as having shares purchased. How can he buy shares on June 20th if the average daily trading volume counter starts on June 20th? Does he then not have any data to use as to not purchase too many shares? The next assumption was that anyone reading the post understood that an AVERAGE daily trading volume number had to have more than one trading day's volume included to arrive at an average.

Fourth, the 3 month average was included as to show two different averages because I don't know what time period is used by the SEC when figuring the average daily trading volume. I only KNOW that it is more than one trading day.

So, yes, I did leave some assumptions to be made about Fabio's share repurchase program. Others on this board as evidenced by the quote, did not use any assumptions but stated a fact. An UNTRUE fact!

Anyone reading this board should definitely do your own DD, as to so much untrue stuff being posted on here. It only took me 2 minutes to find enough data to prove one point as being untrue and that included typing the response. 2 whole minutes of my time.
