uhhh OTC Link is OTC Markets, the centralized TRADING system, it is not a "settlement" system... lol

The TERM "ATS" is "Alternative Trading System.... This is not to be confused with CNS, which is called the Continuous Net SETTLEMENT system... lol


Notice their function is part of their acronym, TRADING and SETTLEMENT are separate actions.
