I went off your knowledge that it was recently reinstated. I did my own DD and found that it was in fact reinstated.

"Reinstatement" was a great news! Up 16.67% so far! It costs a lot of money to file all the required past financial reports (10-Qs and 10-Ks)... Hope to hear some further good news very soon!

You can follow up on the nevada SOS website. Type in "Xinhua China Ltd." You will see that they did reinstate this company.
