Watkins transferred the patents, worth millions, to his new company CruiseCam Mobile Data Trust. He also has a Hong Kong company and a BVI company (Mobile Data Holdings, Ltd, Hong Kong and Mobile Data Trust, LLC, USVI). This guy stole millions from thousands of people.
