JMANTN I also believe one of the big reasons for the increase in the AS has to do with the SEC regulations. It has to do with the conversions being moved into the Series B Preferred shares. They are required to have enough shares in the AS to cover all the Series B's if they were to be converted into common shares and I don't believe they did. Now this is in addition to the reasons we already know about. I haven't seen this mentioned yet.
