Restricted Shares-Family And Friends

Can a few of you positive long investors please explain to me in detail WHY would any of the companies family, friends and associates would even think about selling there now unrestricted shares?? I do not understand at all, they have to believe in Bill, his vision and what the future holds for shares of this stock to go up.

Why.....do not understand at all that they would sell at these minimal stock prices!
