Can anyone give an explanation?....

ARCA and VFIN have both been said to be the MM's behind the dilution. Last quarter we had approximatly 2 billion shares dilluted, but if you look at the share volume data for those 3 months, and add up every single trade made by both ARCA and VFIN, it still does not equal the diluted amount. Am I missing something here? Could there be another culprit?
