Being thru other company's R/S - it robs us shareholders of future growth - If you have 1,000 shares at 10 cents and pps goes to $1 you have $1,000 - BUT a R/S that same 1,000 shares now goes to 100 - and future growth at $1 pps - give you just $100. Which would you rather own? Needing a R/S indicates poor management, and after a R/S with same mgmt. - there is no stopping future R/S and mgmt. dilutes more does next R/S more dilution another R/S and it goes on and on...
