I dont have PM, yes i was told the target is August 15 for the audits and they are working very hard to get that done, also they will file a form 10 when it the audit is completed to complete the uplist. I did not get a date or a timeline for the form 10 except after the audit.

BTW I emailed Bill at [e-mail] i got a response in less than 2 hours(i sent it at about midnight Central time) i was very impressed by that, i didn't expect an answer till at least the morning. They must be working late and very hard.
