I agree, i emailed Investor Relations and got a quick response. I Am in another stock and they filed their Form 10 on Wednesday and will be uplisted in 60 days. I expect MyEcheck to file the Form 10 in August or September by the latest. Not only would this be a huge step but it will give new investors a better idea with what is going on with the company, financially and business strategy, all in one spot.
