Myec will be filing a Form 10 after the audit is completed. This will make MYEC a SEC reporting company. 60 Days after the form 10 is filed MYEC should be uplisted unless their is an error of some sort. So 2 months from the august 15th target MYEC should not be a pink current company but on the OTCQB or OTCQX!
