Twenty cent buy to paint tape at close

With APRU stuck at $0.0003 for the last hour of trading with zero volume, somebody bought 500 shares at $0.0004 three seconds before the close to show a 33% gain on the day (would have been a zero gain, otherwise).

Those 500 shares cost $0.20.

Sad.
