...we shouldn't expect an update until early to mid August. This still perversely would coincide with JN's announcement of the cell being done by Q2.

Looks like we will be on fluff watch for the foreseeable future. I do not see a cell update coming now until well into August. The only significant news which may break before cell and Q2 is a possible target.

Now I need to share a dream (NIGHTMARE) which I had last night. First of all, I have said all along there isn't a need for changes to structure of shares and that they would develope organically, but how would (my dream to follow) a 4 for 5 r/s effect the future prospects of aquisition and shares (awards) to management and new management. Would a 20% reduction in shares (not including restricted) help to "hide" future dillution caused by the next purchase?

I know it was only a dream, but would love to have acct-101 discuss the: need, merits and/or repercussions.
