if they split a stock with a 200M OS, crush it, cover the short positions with converted shares, then load/convert a bunch more of the OS they can lock the float and run it again, just as was done from .008 to $2+.

that move suckered a lot of people into FRMC.

no one expects a ticker with 100M OS to be RS'd, but after my experience with WG@S i've realized how much wealth-creation a split represents for blood-sucking offshore criminal operations.
