To me, Dave needs to bring in funding to expand the sales force. That is the only thing that is slowing this down. If Dave had 10 more Daves out there selling the app to local businesses, we could finally see the user base move from 175 to 250,500,1000 and that is when the share price could easily move to .10-.20
Yes he will have to do a private placement of some kind for even 10M shares (restricted for 6 months to 1 year) but then he could bring in $100,000 to put nearly all into a sales force and give a real shot of hitting 1,000 stores.
Further, by putting so much money into sales/marketing, there is a chance this could really catch on, and at that point, you are talking buy out. $$$
Pretty much everyone likes the product, we just need the funding to give Dave a chance to take it at least to the whole west coast in earnest, if not national.
