...the FDIC took control of this MONSTER after amy let the bank sue.......................the FDIC is very skilled with the entire process, including BK - - which the FDIC detests, imo - - and the FDIC tosses around GARGANTUAN amounts of money - gives it and takes it............................we just might get a sizable piece and some of frankie's dirty paper.............fin fifty when the moon dust settles, in some folks' opinion........not mine.......I no longer opine......................do you, larry.......???????......
