5 minutes ago I put an order for 70000 at .016 to take out the two asks at .0143 and .016 and got niether and nite when from 66000 shares to 10000 shares and back again. they are rally playing games. I reported this to the SEC and they said thank you for the info but did not indicate they would look into it when they did this 3 weeks ago
