From his statements, I take it that a RS is not on the table any time soon, but to say absolutely, positively, NO, would not be entirely accurate IMHO. People shouldn't be caught off guard if it happens down the line, and I think this may be why he put this out there on FB:

"There may need to be some restructuring prior to any NASDAQ listing, we will evaluate what need to be done at that time. As the largest shareholder, I obviously have the largest interest in maintaining shareholder value, so I will only act in a way that will enhance shareholder value."
