Right now they are obviously timbering and securing the Black channel. You can see what the channel looks like in the video presentation in the sticky at the 23 minute mark. All the old timbers will need to be replaced and some additional timbers will need to be added.

Extended drilling program wrapping up this week.

Next week timbering and prep will continue in the Black channel.

The week after Gary, now that he is not with the driller, will be in the channel mapping and sampling various gravels.

Gary has a formula which is based on the rivers natural low spots. He covers this in the video presentation in the sticky about the 1 hour and 21 minute mark. The river has natural pools or depressions along its path which will hold more gold than other portions of the river.

It's my opinion that NBRI will choose gravels in one of these pools to sample first since that's where most of the gold should be. This is another reason why I am confident that NBRI will be able to pull large amounts of gold very quickly from this legendary channel.
