I was very much involved with this board from the very beginning but decided to stop posting some 7 months ago since the company made it very clear with their, "dont call us we will call you",attitude meaning they first want to prove themselves, built the company and become profitable (sustainable profitability) before they would announce themselvs to the world. Although due to pressure from this Board they have softened a bid,(selective PR's/Monthly reports),nothing has really changed. UCPA have their own time table so I will give them another year. But before I disappear again I have this to say:
To argue that this stock in unknown is hard to believe: this is the age of the internet and a good thing (or bad thing)spreads like wildfire. This stock is suppose to be a good thing and there is more or less consensus that a fair value is between 2-5 cents; yet nobody is prepared to pay more than 002/003. Doesn't that make you think/wonder? It's not that the stock is in strong hands/longterm. If this is really a 2 cent stock, and growing, I would think buying at anything close to 1 cent makes good investment sense? In my opinion why this is not happening is because there is a deep/fundamental mistrust/wariness of the company because of the following:

Share structure; past (old) company history;virtualcontrol of the company by two people; potential dilution; foreign company/management(except one);(yes, for many this is still an issue); type of business,"advertising",although the company's wings spread much wider but I think very few people have a good understanding where the company is going; company personnel are not share holders and yes it's easy for Europeans to open a brokerage account in the US, trust me. I know.

The company PR concession is going to have little or no impact on price/volume but I hope I am wrong.Neither do I think the upcomming August PR nor the 2Q numbers are going to make any difference. Best we can hope for is a short term spike in price. In any case present volume, given the share structure, to me is like a slap in the face, non existent! This company comes accross like no other similar company and there is a reason for that.

In my opinion a substantial price change will depend on the Company reaching "critical mass", meaning sustainable/consecutive profitable quarters; re-dressing the share structure and full disclose as to where we stand on the share structure......if the founders insist on maintaining absolute control will mean we have no idea the direction the company may take in the future .i.e private, take-over/merger etc., whatever the corporate world allows for. We/they need to take "uncertainty"out of the equation. I am approaching this from an investors point of view. Normally flippers also decorate the scene but not here because there is hardly anything to flip!If the above is not satifactorily adressed, investors will stay away.

Finally, let's not make angels out of the founders, we know how they operate or have operated in the past and I dont think at the end of the day we will play a role in their decision making....we are up against the Vikings!
