And again, as i have said for a year or so, the main factor in this having such a low market cap is the fact that Dave is not diluting his stock, the OS is remaining stagnant and thus is allowing him to build out the business plan and now as he rolls it out across the region at, hopefully a faster pace, the highs of 2013 may be easily broken in 2014.

Because Dave has not been diluting like 99.9% of penny CEOs.
