It seems to me that this is a long term strategy to accumulate stock for an eventual blow off and pay off.Going back to Feb.....every time the stock looked like it was gonna break out suddenly their was un unbreakable ceiling on the offer side. If you buy in to this theory one must conclude that one, they don't have enough stock yet, and 2, it's not time yet.
