Company went public in 2000 and has been around since 1996. It has been through four business models, the current one since at least 2009. It took over the locations owed by Pangea (also owned by BH and his buddies) in the Seattle area, many of which have been in business for years, having been taken over from other concerns. Thus, this business has been around for sometime. In some businesses it can take years to make a profit, but this is a hospitality food and beverage outfit. That kind of business start making money almost right away, if not right away.
