The MM are manipulating the stock price. This is my guess they are raising the price by putting small orders in EX. 700 shares to get people to purchase large amounts at .028/.027/.026. Then they will take it back down tomorrow to get a buy to cover and make money on shorting the stock. That is only my preception of this but I could be wrong. Lets see what happens.
