If the shares were bought on the open market they dont have to file. I do not believe there is any time period that the 10% investor has to hold the shares if they were purchased on the open market. They can be bought out and the lease could be negotiated to be part of the buy out. I would be somewhat complex with msgi and nanobeak both involved.
