Market likes it....one thing that the PR is showing, is that there is an appetite for PVG stock, and the company could indeed raise $600m at rather favorable prices. I'll be looking at the offering when it's available, if the pricing is decent. My guess it will NOT include warrants, of a very big discount.......they don't need to.
