Yeah, I read that the day it came out. It does NOT have any statement as to the AUTHORIZED SHARES (AS) of common stock, just the OS are stated in the reverse split. The AS still are in the BILLIONS if no further statement is issued as to the reverse split effects on the AS. No 8-K statement has been issued to that effect, as far as I can find.
