Yes, this signifies a big positive move by the company to inform the nation about the great products they have and all of the exciting things that are developing. You don't hire a PR firm like this which is a very expensive proposition if you don't have a story to tell. When this new PR firm starts putting out news stories this stock will skyrocket. My advice is to load up at these levels.
